We are looking for a Polier/in in high-rise construction in the canton of Thurgau for our customer. Your tasks You independently supervise and monitor the construction sites You are responsible for efficient, timely and technically correct management / organization of the construction site (working from BIM model and with Robotic Totalstation) In addition, you prioritize the pending work and coordinate materials and machines You take over the project-related management of internal and external employees and create construction site reports Furthermore, you perform tasks in the areas of work preparation, construction site organization and administration Your skills You have several years of professional experience as a Polier You actively contribute to the motivation and development of a team and achieve excellent results together with your employees, by setting a good example every day You are a proactive leadership personality with pronounced networked thinking and know how to set priorities You have good IT user skills and are interested in devices with IT connection You feel comfortable in a highly dynamic and stimulating environment
