Recording and processing of offers, replacement key orders and cylinder reorders. Support of our project managers in administrative work. Telephone customer contact for advice and clarifications. Telephone supplier contact for ordering questions, delivery dates and product clarifications. Various arising tasks in the back office. Your qualifications: Completed commercial basic training. Several years of professional experience in a similar environment is an advantage. Knowledge of common Office programs. Very good German skills. Independent, exact and conscientious working style. Customer-oriented and team-capable personality. Existing knowledge in handling building fittings and locking systems facilitates the entry into this responsible challenge.
