Your tasks: • Independent processing of projects in execution planning • Creation and coordination of detail and working plans • Tendering and awarding of construction services • Site management and cost, schedule, and quality control • Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, and authorities • Contact person for clients during realization • Close cooperation with our interdisciplinary team Your profile: • Training as an Architect FH/ETH and/or Site Manager • Professional experience in execution planning and/or site management • Sound knowledge of Swiss construction practice and standards • Confident handling of CAD programs (ideally Revit or willingness to learn) • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Negotiation skills as well as organizational talent • Very good German skills in spoken and written form • Driver's license category B is an advantage Applications via email please with reference X45GY6 in the subject.
