Senior IT Project Manager – Banking

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to support projects related to Core Banking in Asia, with a focus on digital transformation and regulatory developments. The position involves strong coordination between Business teams, IT, and an external partner in charge of solution delivery. Responsibilities Drive and coordinate a portfolio of IT projects and evolution requests. Collaborate with business teams, IT, and external partners. Define the scope, needs, and functional and technical requirements. Ensure monitoring of risks, dependencies, conflicts, and scope changes. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules. Coordinate the implementation of solutions with technical teams and vendors. Organize and monitor testing and validation phases until sign-off. Produce project reporting and monitor KPIs / KRIs. Guarantee the involvement of sponsors and stakeholders. Capitalize on lessons learned and implement continuous improvement actions. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management. Mandatory experience in the financial sector and in Private Banking. Good understanding of banking processes and banking IT architecture. Experience in vendor / external partner management. Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. Mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Knowledge of the Asian banking environment and its regulatory constraints is a plus. Engineering degree or technical equivalent. Fluent English indispensable. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems. Leadership, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. Proactivity and ability to evolve in a demanding environment. Team spirit and ease in managing multiple stakeholders.
