Indispensable experience in geriatrics, ideally with people suffering from neurocognitive disorders. Strong interest in supporting residents in a protected living unit. Smiling, benevolent person with excellent interpersonal skills. Great flexibility and availability to work according to various schedules (continuous shifts, night, weekends) Team spirit, autonomy, sense of responsibility and versatile. Adaptability and calm management of complex situations.
