Sigrist Specogna Architektur und Design GmbH is an architectural firm for the planning and realization of innovative, sustainable, and future-oriented construction projects. With around 10 employees at our location in Kloten, we work on regional and supra-regional projects such as single-family houses, multi-family houses, up to entire residential and commercial developments or interior design concepts. Our core competencies are residential and commercial construction, both as new builds as well as conversions or renovations. Our clients appreciate the trustworthy work with maximum requirements for design, functionality, and longevity. To strengthen our team in Kloten, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an Architect 80-100% *MAIN TASKS* • Joy and interest in design • Tender and execution planning • Design of detailed solutions • Independent exchange with clients, authorities, and project partners • Coordination of external specialist planners and contractors *REQUIREMENT PROFILE* • Completed studies as an Architect ETH, FH, or Technician HF in Switzerland • Experience in Switzerland as an Architect or Project Manager with knowledge of Swiss construction standards and SIA norms • CAD knowledge in ArchiCAD (2D and 3D) • Proficient use of MS Office • Excellent German skills in speaking and writing • Open-minded, solution-oriented, and communicative personality with joy in architecture • Independent, exact, and autonomous way of working with high design standards • Experience in independent cooperation with specialist planners and consultants • Committed, correct, and professional appearance and conduct *OUR OFFER* • Dynamic, solid, and motivated team with good team spirit • Flat hierarchy, direct decision-making paths, and open interaction • Exciting projects and clientele • Versatile activities and responsibility • Modern office premises with spacious workstations • Office location with good public transport connections (bus stop 1min) as well as provided parking possibility directly in front of the office if required • Opportunities for personal development Can you imagine becoming part of our team?
