HR Generalist 80 - 100% (m/w/d) Start: By arrangement Work location: Opfikon Tasks Independent handling of personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle Participation in monthly payroll administration including account reconciliations Management of absence management including case management in close cooperation with managers Support with annual closing work in human resources and preparation for the following year Participation in projects and co-design of HR processes Creation and preparation of HR key figures, reports and statistics Qualification Completed commercial training Several years of experience in human resources and payroll Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law German native language, French and Italian skills are an advantage Proficient IT skills You are a communicative and service-oriented personality with an independent and solution-oriented way of working You have an analytical and networked way of thinking A responsible task and a motivated team await you.
