For the air freight team in Kloten, we are looking for an experienced freight forwarding agent (female/male) who is highly knowledgeable in air freight. Job Vacancy No. 6659 ## Tasks ### • organizing and processing air freight shipments in import, export, and crosstrade • creating freight, customs, and accompanying documents according to applicable regulations • coordinating transports with airlines, handling agents, customs authorities, and international partners • monitoring transit times, deadlines, and customer-specific requirements • maintaining shipment data in the internal system and coordinating with internal departments • supporting and advising customers on more complex transport solutions Requirements ### • completed vocational training as a freight forwarding agent • further training (e.g., freight forwarding specialist) is an advantage • several years of experience in air freight processing (import, export, and/or crosstrade) • good knowledge of international regulations and customs processes IT ### MS-Office - user knowledge Languages ### German: m+s very good English: m+s good Start Date ### by agreement Work Location ### Catchment area Kloten Special Features ### Our client offers you a versatile area of responsibility with an international focus, a dynamic team, and a modern working environment.
