Our employees from around 40 professions support and promote the reintegration of convicted persons and are effectively and progressively committed to a safe and just society. Justizvollzugsanstalt Pöschwies (JVA) is one of eight main departments of JuWe. With around 400 detention places, it is the largest closed correctional facility in Switzerland for convicted men. It fulfills a central state task and, according to its legal mandate, contributes to the protection of the general public while simultaneously creating the prerequisites for the resocialization of the incarcerated persons. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and experienced leadership personality for our internal laundry. Together with a small team of three employees and the deployed incarcerated persons, you will ensure smooth operations. In doing so, you will continuously develop the area and its processes.
