Automation Technician with customer contact and technical support

Activity + Commissioning of CNC and machine tools at the customer site + Conducting training for users (hardware and software) + Error analysis as well as maintenance and repair work on site + Installation of software updates and system adjustments + Technical support via telephone or remote access + Travel activity within Switzerland and Liechtenstein • Requirements + Technical basic training as Automation Technician + Knowledge in electronics is an advantage + Independent and solution-oriented way of working + Good language skills in English or Italian, ideally French + Flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact • Offer + Varied activity in the field service with a lot of personal responsibility + Modern working environment and collegial team + Thorough induction as well as development opportunities
