Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and properties. Carry out property visits and negotiate sales conditions. Ensure personalized and quality follow-up for each client. Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.   Qualifications  Desired experience in a similar position or in the real estate field. Attachment and local network (Lavaux - Riviera) Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as a team. Autonomy, perseverance, and flexibility.
