For several of our clients active in the region and in the Construction / Real Estate sector, we are looking for a reliable and autonomous maintenance gardener, capable of intervening on different sites. You will participate in the routine maintenance of private gardens, residences, and common areas, guaranteeing clean, tidy, and pleasant places to live. Your sense of detail and your rigor are reflected in the quality of the pruning, lawns, and plantings for which you are responsible. You work in a structured manner, respecting safety instructions and the equipment provided, in order to ensure a neat and lasting result for each client. Responsibilities • Ensure the general maintenance of green spaces, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and regular watering on the various assigned sites. • Perform precise pruning of hedges, shrubs, and small trees according to the seasons, the needs of the plants, and the instructions given by management. • Carefully clean flower beds, collect leaves, and keep all outdoor surfaces clean to guarantee a pleasant and secure environment. • Maintain lawns and apply the necessary care to plantings to ensure their good health, their longevity, and a consistent aesthetic over time. • Use tools and machines such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and blowers autonomously, ensuring their proper adjustment and routine maintenance. • Strictly respect safety instructions, use adequate protective equipment, and ensure the proper use of equipment during each intervention. Profile • Completed apprenticeship in the field of landscaping or maintenance gardening, or training deemed equivalent in a green trade. • Confirmed practical experience in the maintenance of green spaces, ideally acquired within companies active in the region. • Good physical condition and a real taste for outdoor work, regardless of the usual weather conditions. • Autonomy, rigor, sense of detail, and neat work, with a conscientious approach to the tasks entrusted to you. • Developed team spirit, reliability in commitments made, and professional behavior on the various intervention sites. • Driver's license, an appreciated asset to move between sites and respond to operational needs.
