To strengthen our team, we are looking for, by agreement, a motivated and service-oriented person as a customer advisor (m/f/d). Customer Advisor (m/f/d) What awaits you? • You and your team are the visiting card of our bank on site and ensure a friendly and dynamic presence. • You identify client potential through active and continuous follow-up of the team's client portfolio. • You carry out simple and standardized advice in the areas of numbers, savings, providence and investment. • You develop solutions adapted to needs taking into account the client's life situation as well as the product offer specific to the segment / client. • You actively participate in targeted marketing measures, in particular contact campaigns. What do you bring? • You have completed banking training or equivalent training. • You have a capacity for rapid assimilation and a great sense of service. • You have a winning and very confident attitude and enjoy proactive contact with clients.
