As Head of Technical Services/Facility Management, you are responsible for the strategic, tactical, and operational facility management of the infrastructure in the canton of Nidwalden. You lead the department and, together with your around 50 employees, ensure the availability, safety, and further development of properties, machines, and systems. Your range of tasks includes, among other things, investment and planning processes, energy management, and the control of maintenance projects. In addition, you drive the continuous optimization of structures and processes forward. In doing so, you promote constructive exchange with internal stakeholders and represent the company's interests to authorities as well as external partners. Also, the factory fire department and factory sanitation are within your area of responsibility. As a basis, you have a technical or construction-related background with further education at the HF/FH level, as well as several years of leadership experience in a comparable function in an industrial environment. You are familiar with complex building infrastructure, infrastructure management, as well as demanding investment and maintenance projects, and have a high affinity for digitalization topics. Personally, you convince through forward-looking, strategic thinking, implementation strength, and a pronounced hands-on mentality. You lead clearly, bindingly, and communicate in a targeted manner at all levels. Good English skills and local presence are required.
