Network Project Manager in Prilly (80-100%) - 1623 As part of a replacement, we are looking for a network project manager to strengthen our West team at the Prilly VD (Lausanne) site. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the success of line and substation construction projects within the framework of the Strategic Grid 2025 and the Energy Strategy 2050. Ensure electricity in Switzerland In this responsible position, you will take charge of managing network construction projects in the Swiss extra-high voltage grid (380/220 kV). You are responsible for the following tasks: • You are responsible for the implementation of the network construction projects entrusted to you in the field of lines and substations and, to this end, you lead internal and external project partners • From planning to realization according to the "SIA 112 service model", you assume entrepreneurial responsibility as a global or partial project manager • You steer and control projects in terms of costs (investment release, planning, compliance and budget monitoring), deadlines and quality in accordance with the defined project objectives • You specify, evaluate and acquire planning services, trades as well as other services and are responsible for the corresponding contracts • You participate in global decision-making on strategic, organizational, economic and technical aspects and support management professionally • You ensure the implementation of occupational safety, health and environmental protection and thus contribute significantly to our "Safety First" culture • You encourage public relations regarding network construction projects in close collaboration with the Communication department Here is what makes the difference For this responsible position, we are looking for a person capable of working in a team and independently, possessing strong conceptual and communicative skills. Furthermore, you possess the following profile: • Completed engineering degree (or excellent specialist knowledge or continuing education in the field of infrastructure project management) • Several years of experience in the planning, design and realization of complex infrastructure projects or projects in facility construction or energy technology • Methodical approach to the implementation of complex, multi-level infrastructure projects according to SIA phases • Certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI or equivalent) are an advantage • Ability to delegate tasks or work packages and to monitor the achievement of objectives through clear intermediate steps • Very good knowledge of German and French, other national languages are an advantage Here is how we seduce you We offer you a position of responsibility in a unique company in Switzerland.
