Do you have proven experience with the migrant public in the field of professional reintegration and/or in personnel placement? In order to support the activities of our Connexion-Ressources structure, an active job coaching and placement organization, for the Jeunesse&Migration service of our Lausanne site, we are looking for a: Career guidance counselor / Job Coach Fixed-term contract, 80% Your missions As a Job Coach, you ensure the proper follow-up of beneficiaries registered in social integration measures. This support has the objective of preparation for employment by guaranteeing individualized, personalized and weekly coaching.
