The Primarschule Balgrist is located on the city border, at the Wehrenbachtobel in the Riesbach district and belongs to the Zürichberg school district. In total, the Balgrist school unit comprises 8 classes with around 170 students from kindergarten to the sixth grade. For four years, we have been operating as a day school with an extensive care offering. We are a committed team in which instruction, catering, and leisure care work closely together Our school is looking for reinforcement as of 19 October 2026. Tasks ## We are looking for a specialist in care as of 19 October 2026 for the integration of a child on the autism spectrum in the 2nd year of regular kindergarten. The working days are Monday and Friday all day, Tuesday and Thursday morning (different working hours) in the kindergarten and Thursday afternoon in the care until 6 pm.   • Promotion and support of the child in everyday activities in the kindergarten, e.g., assistance with putting on shoes, cutting or drawing. • Accompanying the child on the way to school from home to the kindergarten. • Supporting the kindergarten teachers during activities or excursions (e.g., forest morning) as well as the general process during lessons and breaks. • Ensuring participation within the class group according to the instructions of the class teacher/special education teacher. • Close cooperation with other teaching and specialist staff.
