Berne, Suisse \| 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute <br /> • Audits of unemployment funds concerning insurance benefits paid; • Verification of allowances in the event of RHT or inclement weather paid to companies; • Responding to requests and advising unemployment insurance executing bodies on the correct legal application of the LACI; • Supporting the management of executing bodies to ensure lawful case processing. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher commercial vocational training, preferably with continuing education in the field of social insurance, and at least five years of experience in the field of unemployment insurance or good legal knowledge of the field; • Ability to work independently and precisely, analytical and conceptual thinking capacity and ability for rapid understanding associated with a pronounced understanding of accounting processes and relationships; • Excellent writing skills to report observed facts in compliance with style and the law; • Great competence in conducting interviews in order to lead demanding discussions with managers of executing bodies or companies; • Very good active knowledge of two official languages orally and in writing, complemented by passive knowledge of the third. <br /> In a few words The SECO Labor Directorate is the Confederation's competence center for all essential issues pertaining to labor market policy and unemployment insurance. The Labor Market and Unemployment Insurance benefits center ensures supervision of the unemployment insurance law. The Audit Service sector is responsible for financial audits, compliance audits and IT audits, as well as the processing, depending on needs, of information relating to audit results. The CCh and CE Romandie and Tessin Compliance group of the Audit Service verifies with unemployment funds and companies the legality of insurance benefits paid.
