As a building technician, you monitor the perfect condition of electrical or CVCSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electricity) systems - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Carry out inspection tasks autonomously Manage maintenance and upkeep activities Ensure various requests and minor repairs Process work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets daily Monitor and accompany the realization of works by mandated companies Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors Manage small repair projects Participate in the standby service (every 6 to 8 weeks) Your profile: Compulsory electrician installer CFC Several years of experience in a similar activity Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites Mastery of French, English an asset Good use of usual computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Driving license required Autonomy, Team spirit, communication, sense of service and organization Ready for us?
