Job advertisement: Clerk Contributions & Allowances (100%), Compensation Fund For our client, a renowned Swiss compensation fund in the Bern area, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Clerk Contributions & Allowances (100%) immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks • Contribution system: Independent handling of daily business (membership register, AHV number management for self-employed, non-employed & employers, ALPS, employer controls). • Benefits area: Independent processing of EO, parental compensation (mother/father/care) and family allowances including punctual payment. • Complexity & Advisory: Processing of demanding special cases according to legal requirements as well as telephone and written customer advisory in German (and ideally Italian/French). • Development: Active participation in change processes and internal projects. Qualifications Your profile • Completed commercial basic training (Profile E/M) and at least 5 years of professional experience (preferably in the social insurance sector). • Readiness for further training (e.g., social insurance specialist certificate) desired. • Confident German; good knowledge of a second national language (Italian) is an advantage. • Strong service orientation, team spirit and independent way of working.
