The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and accompaniment of people weakened in their physical and psychological integrity throughout their lives. In this context and in order to complete our team, we are looking for our Uatp Le Quai in Yverdon-les-Bains, which has 94 clients and is aimed at adult people suffering from psychic and/or psychological disorders whose life journey requires accompaniment in protected apartments: Professional in Intendance CDI between 80% and 100% - Uatp Le Quai As a professional in intendance, you ensure the management, coordination and proper functioning of maintenance, laundry and intendance services within the establishment. You play an essential role in the quality of the living environment, ensuring a clean, pleasant and secure environment for the people welcomed. Your mission combines professional expertise, accompaniment and transmission of know-how. You accompany people in situations of psychic handicap or vulnerability in carrying out activities related to intendance, taking into account their abilities, resources and accompaniment project. You promote their autonomy, participation and valorization through concrete and adapted activities. Committed to an interprofessional dynamic, you actively participate in the life of the establishment and in the implementation of accompaniment projects. You contribute to promoting quality hotel services, respecting the principles of hygiene, safety, economy and ecology. As part of your functions, you are responsible for the organization and quality of the Intendance service, ensuring respect for institutional norms and procedures in force. You ensure the cleanliness, order and security of the premises, ensure the quality of the table service as well as the good management of laundry, while guaranteeing adequate, economic and secure use of equipment and materials. You welcome clients upon their arrival in accommodation and contribute to offering a warm and cared-for environment. You accompany people in the gestures of daily life as well as in activities related to intendance, promoting their participation and personal development. You collaborate closely with the interprofessional team and contribute to individualized accompaniment projects. You also participate in the continuous improvement of services and professional practices. You maintain and develop your skills through ongoing training and promote the sharing of your knowledge within the team. YOUR CAREER - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS CFC in hotel/intendance management or equivalent training is an asset. Confirmed experience in the field of intendance, ideally in the social or medico-social sector. Marked interest in accompanying people in situations of psychic handicap or vulnerability. Experience or ease in transmitting know-how and accompanying people in practical activities. A keen sense of organization, autonomy and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in the field of psychiatry or interest in this field. Attitude focused on the well-being and resources of the person. Ability to work in an organized and interprofessional collaborative manner. Adapted communication, empathy, adaptability, professional ethics and constructive attitude.
