The Begleitetes Wohnen of Stiftung Netzwerk in Rüti, a low-threshold, non-abstinence-oriented residential offer for adults in difficult phases of life, is looking as of September 2026 or by arrangement Mitarbeiter:in Psychiatrie / Soziale Arbeit / Sozialpädagogik 60% ## For this position, you will take over case management for our clients who live in individual apartments and shared apartments; additionally, you will perform networking and coordination work with all involved persons and agencies. The support of the clients includes daily contacts, everyday support, individual and status meetings, as well as crisis interventions if required. In the Begleitetes Wohnen, a team of three is present from Monday to Friday during office hours. Planable evening presences and availability for crisis interventions on weekends may occasionally be added. You have completed training in the field of psychiatry or in social work/social pedagogy as well as experience in dealing with people with mental and/or addiction problems. You value responsibility and enjoy working both in a team and independently. Administration, reporting, and numbers are no problem for you, just as ensuring order in the living quarters, if necessary. You can contribute professionally sound, committed, and communicative skills within a small team and keep a cool head and your humor even in hectic times. Interested?
