To strengthen our team in the Bread & Pastry field, we are looking for, starting from 07.09.2026, for a fixed term, until 16.10.2026 at the Bienne site, a motivated* and committed* person as a Baker, 70%. Your responsibilities • You are responsible for the preparation of breads, pizzas and sandwiches • You conduct sales interactions and advise our demanding customers with competence and friendliness • You regularly check that the sales stands are complete and clean • You effectively implement product concepts and local concepts • You create an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept (season, etc.) • You organize the sales areas in a judicious and attractive manner • You define seasonal priorities and present products accordingly • You systematically respect the prescribed hygiene rules Your profile • Preferably, you have completed a basic training as a baker CFC • You already have professional experience as a baker or in catering • You are a reliable, customer-oriented and committed person, who works with much pleasure and enthusiasm • You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and you keep your calm and an overview in busy situations • You convince with your team spirit and your neat appearance • You care a lot about the work being carried out in a clean and careful manner • You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language • You work between 6h00 and 14h00 Our offer • Personal discount ranging from 10 to 25% on all product groups, including Manora restaurants and supermarkets • Training and development programs for all levels and all functions • Between 5 to 7 weeks of vacation per year • 3 weeks of paid paternity leave & up to 4 months of additional unpaid maternity leave possible • Possibility of a sabbatical of 1 to 6 months starting from the 3rd year of service • Internal pension fund with a very solid coverage rate and above-average savings remuneration At Manor, we appreciate and live diversity.
