Research Associate eHealth and Standards Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 60-80% This is your contribution Lead the standardization work areas of DigiSanté of the Swiss health data space in the field of interoperability, interfaces and transactions in close cooperation Develop, ballot, introduce and further develop new HL7 FHIR Implementation Guides together with the subject matter experts Program and introduce implementation aids such as validators & simulators, connectors & libraries, APIs Support ongoing and new projects in healthcare in the field of interoperability and standardization in end-to-end process thinking Lead and plan long-term the coordinated activities of the binding standards in the topic of technical, syntactic and semantic interoperability with the corresponding stakeholder management Collaborate on the drafting of Federal Council motions and provide information notes and internal syntheses for DigiSanté committees, GS EDI, Federal Council and Parliament What makes you unique University degree in medical informatics, health management or a related field Several years of experience in healthcare, its digitalization and transformation, as well as in data and standards at all interoperability levels Proven several years of specialist and technical knowledge across all three interoperability layers (technical, syntactic, semantic), especially of the HL7 FHIR standard and international ontologies/classifications in the health sector Sound knowledge in programming validators & simulators, connectors & libraries, APIs and terminology & FHIR servers, and in the field of standards and interoperability and familiarity with the legal and regulatory frameworks in healthcare Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practice-oriented solutions; high social competence and strong teamwork skills Good active knowledge of two official languages as well as ideally passive knowledge of the third official language.
