Quality Assurance & Assembly Employee Sucoflex (m/f/d) 100% Temporary / Work location: Surroundings of Gossau SG For our customer, we are looking for a precise and quality-conscious personality for the assembly and testing of high-quality Sucoflex cables, starting immediately or by arrangement. If you possess manual dexterity, exact working is your strength, and you enjoy taking responsibility in the testing process, you fit perfectly into our team. Your tasks • Assembly & crimping: Professional crimping of Sucoflex cables as well as performing all associated supporting processes according to precise specifications. • Testing & quality assurance: Carrying out electrical and mechanical tests with modern measuring instruments, including seamless documentation of the test results. • Packaging & release: Careful packaging of the finished cable components after successful completion of all testing steps. • Deviation management & optimization: Recognizing and reporting quality deviations, initiating corrective measures, and active participation in Lean activities (5S). • Equipment maintenance: Independent performance of simple maintenance work according to the maintenance plan. Qualifications What you bring with you • Education: Completed basic mechanical training (e.g., as a polymechanic, production mechanic, micromecanic, or a comparable training). • Experience: Sound experience in the manufacturing and final inspection of cable components, especially in soldering and crimping processes. • Skills & working method: Excellent fine motor skills for handling the smallest components, high quality awareness, as well as a very exact and independent working method. • IT & languages: Very good German skills (spoken and written) as well as confident handling of PC applications and ERP systems. • Personality & shift readiness: Resilient, team player, and deployable in various processes, combined with the readiness for 3-shift operation.
