Head of Innovation (m/f) In order to specifically expand our innovative strength, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality as Head of Innovation. With your pioneering spirit, your technical expertise, and your sense for market and technology trends, you will steer our innovation projects, design future-oriented solutions for demanding customers worldwide, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable business success of the company. Your tasks: • Strategic management and leadership of innovation projects in the field of bioprocess engineering • Definition of innovation directions and alignment of the portfolio with the group's initiatives • Leadership and coordination of internal and external project participants • Technical advice to the management as well as support for Sales on complex customer projects • Technical customer consulting from start-ups to Big Pharma as well as support in acquisition and customer retention • Initial design of customer-specific plants and technical project assessment • Further development of internal standards, processes, and new technology fields • International cooperation with locations in China, Korea, and the USA Your qualification, your talents • University degree in bioprocess engineering, ideally with a doctorate • Sound experience in process engineering • Very good technical understanding of hygiene processes (CIP / COP) • Several years of experience in the international sales of customized plants such as fermenters and bioreactors • Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, and a confident appearance • Business fluent English, other languages an advantage Your future • Interesting, independent activity • Development opportunities within a strong, global corporate group • Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and open communication at eye level • Flexible working hours and home office possibilities Become part of a strong, global group with future prospects!
