Poly mechanic Allrounder (m/w/d), (80-100%)

Our client wishes • Completed vocational training as a poly mechanic • Several years of experience as a test mechanic, toolmaker or in a comparable function • Experience in CNC milling and CNC turning • Experience in programming and manufacturing single parts and small series • Knowledge of CNC milling machines up to 5 axes • Experience with NC or CNC lathes is an advantage • Mastercam knowledge is an advantage • Ability to operate other machines as an all-rounder • Experience in flat and circular grinding is an advantage • Experience in training apprentices is desirable • Motivated, committed and team-oriented personality • Independent, precise and responsible way of working • Good German language skills in word and writing • Enjoyment of demanding technical tasks and high-quality manufacturing What to expect • Manufacturing and programming of single parts and small series • Working for test operation, prototype construction and jig construction • Programming and manufacturing on various CNC milling machines up to 5 axes • Manufacturing and programming of turned parts on an NC machine up to Ø 630 mm • Individual setup and equipping of modern machines • Working with existing tools and clamping devices • Active participation in the training of poly mechanic apprentices • Self-inspection of manufactured single and series parts • Inspection according to drawing and inspection planning • Operation of other machines depending on experience and field of application • Bringing in your experience as a versatile all-rounder • Collaboration in a professional production environment with high quality standards
