Vice Rector Bridge Offers and Integration Courses Main tasks: Operational management of the Bridge Offers and Integration Courses department Member of the BZT management team / collaboration in the overall management of BZT Planning, organization, and implementation of school operations in the department Personnel management Implementation of superior directives in the department Process responsibility for department-internal quality measures Representation of the department in cantonal expert groups Collaboration with other bridge offers and integration courses in the canton of Thurgau Leadership / collaboration in school development projects at department and overall school level Deputy head of the Quality Management staff unit Teaching in the Bridge Offers or Integration Courses department Requirements: Leadership training in education, completed school management training, or willingness to complete corresponding leadership training Completed training as a secondary school teacher or vocational school teacher / several years of professional experience in one of these educational levels High competencies in administrative management, planning, and organization of a school department Extensive experience in personnel management, preferably in the education sector of secondary level I or II with high social and communication skills High competencies in the implementation of quality topics Proven ICT skills and affinity for digitization in teaching Entry into the position on 1st February 2027 or by agreement also earlier Have we sparked your interest?
