Your tasks with our client: • Individual care and support for residents, taking into account their personal biographies. • assumption of medical-technical procedures as well as support in the care process. • Design of a structured and pleasant everyday life for people in need of care. • Documentation of care services and close cooperation with relatives and specialist offices. • Active participation in quality assurance within the residential group. Qualifications This is what you bring: • Completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe) EFZ. • Enjoy working with older people and have high social skills. • Reliability and willingness to take responsibility for the people entrusted to you. • A positive attitude and team spirit. • We also welcome applications from talents with diplomas from EU/EFTA countries, provided that SRK recognition is available or the process has already been initiated.
