Assistant in Community Nursing and Health Care (ASSC) The E4 and E5 surgical services, located at our Delémont site, care for patients requiring interventions in various specialties such as visceral surgery, urology, and traumatology. Our multidisciplinary teams ensure optimal and personalized follow-up throughout the care pathway. In order to complete the workforce at our Delémont site, we are looking for, for a fixed term from 1 September 2026 to the end of December 2026 at a minimum, an: Assistant in Community Nursing and Health Care (ASSC) Responsibilities - Ensure basic care and specific care under the supervision of nursing staff, as well as medico-delegated acts according to the protocols in force. - Participate in supporting patients in daily life activities. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to guarantee optimal care. - Provide individualized, relational, and technical care as well as logistical activities - Document interventions and observations in the patient file. Qualifications - CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health care (ASSC) or a title deemed equivalent. - Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas. - Experience in a hospital setting, ideally in surgery, is an asset. - Ability to adapt, sense of responsibility, and team spirit. - Availability for irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
