Dübendorf \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead, manage and coordinate the availability of cryptography within the Swiss Army • Establish and monitor process chains and specialized applications, order and evaluate technical reports and trials based on operational needs • Identify threats to the integrity of cryptography while taking and controlling necessary corrective measures • Represent specific COMSEC requirements within interdisciplinary project teams and evaluate engagement possibilities • Technically lead the specialized personnel assigned by the relevant administrative units <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree or from a specialized university of applied sciences, knowledge in cybersecurity and information security, experience in project management • Experience in the fields of projects and leadership and officer training (if possible) or willingness to acquire military staff work tools • Swiss citizenship and irreproachable reputation • Discreet, integrous, loyal personality, result-oriented and having communication skills • Excellent writing and communication skills • Good active knowledge in a second official language, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language and mastery of English to negotiate easily in this language <br /> In a few words A unique opportunity to contribute to the security of Switzerland. Within operations, you and your team assume responsibility for the availability of international encryption systems and thus contribute significantly to the success of army missions. The cdmt Op includes notably the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces command as well as the Military Police. Approximately 40 % of the some 2500 employees are employed in civilian roles, from engineers to analysts to aircraft mechanics. The Swiss Army employs more than 9000 employees in four military professions and approximately 200 civilian professions, and this, across 110 sites throughout Switzerland.
