Activities + Ensuring trouble-free operation of the fully automated production plants + Sustainable analysis and rectification of technical malfunctions in the production environment + Implementation of optimization measures to improve plants, processes and products + Further development of maintenance and production processes to increase plant availability + Planning, coordination and implementation of technical projects with management of sub-projects • Requirements + Completed basic technical training as Automatiker EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ or an equivalent qualification + Technical further education at HF level in the field of mechanical engineering, systems technology, electrical engineering or automation or ongoing training in this area + Practical experience in the industrial production environment is an advantage + Sound knowledge of automation, maintenance and production processes + Independent and structured way of working as well as analytical thinking skills • Offer + Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths in a familiar environment + Committed cooperation with appreciative interaction + Exciting technical challenges in a cross-departmental atmosphere
