You will take on a central role in the credit business and, with your expertise and structured way of working, ensure efficient and high-quality processing for private and corporate customers. You are responsible for the preparation, examination, and approval of credit applications as well as periodic re-approvals within the competence regulations, while complying with all regulatory requirements. You manage the entire credit process end-to-end – from drafting contracts to disbursements and settlements, up to the liquidation and repayment of credit positions. You manage the credit positions actively and sustainably: balance sheet analyses, processing construction loans, administration of mortgage master data, taking over control tasks. You recognize, assess, and address credit risks early on and demonstrate viable alternative solutions. You act as a central specialist interface: you support the customer advisors, work closely with internal and external partners, and ensure smooth processing with the credit administration. What do you bring with you? You have many years of experience in the credit area of a bank – and know both the corporate and private customer business from your daily practice. You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a comparable training and have ideally been able to develop professionally through further education (FH, CAS, or MAS in banking, business administration, or risk). Experience in corporate customer business as well as in valuation is mandatory – especially in the valuation of yield-producing properties. You think entrepreneurially, contribute ideas, and take responsibility – in doing so, you actively look for sustainable solutions and represent them convincingly.
