Assistant in community healthcare and nursing (New position creation) Located in a beautiful and quiet setting, the MRPS is both a medico-social and residential institution. Founded in 1849, it has more than 300 employees and welcomes dependent elderly people (220 in EMS) and independent people (135 in residences). In order to join our care teams, we are looking for, on an open-ended contract, Assistant in community healthcare and nursing (New position creation) MISSION: The ASSC provides, upon medical and/or nursing delegation, and exclusively for nursing care situations whose evolution is predictable and non-complex, personalized care by adapting to the needs and life project of the residents. To do this, they must identify the needs of the residents, their degree of dependence and their disabilities in performing activities of daily living, respecting the personality and values of the resident, and then establish a data collection according to the conceptual care framework adopted by the MRPS and participate in the definition and implementation of the resident's life project. Furthermore, it will be their responsibility to periodically re-evaluate the evolution of the care situation and the nursing actions undertaken and to keep the doctor and/or the registered nurse informed of any change in the resident's health status. It is also their responsibility to speak with the resident and/or their relatives to promote the realization of the community life project and to supervise the activities of the nursing assistants upon delegation from the nurse responsible for the care units or the registered nurse. PROFILE SOUGHT: ASSC diploma. Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics would be an asset. Interpersonal skills, respect, empathy and flexibility. Ability to work in interdisciplinarity.
