We care for people with disabilities with heart and professionalism. We promote, support, supervise, and care. To this end, we offer 147 residential places in various living forms as well as 180 workplaces. In addition, 90 places are available in the daycare center. Our 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten. For our team at the Kloten (Graswinkel) location, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a TEAM LEADER FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL GROUP "ZUGANG ZIM PARK" ## Dipl. Nursing Professional or Social Pedagogue with leadership experience 80-100% Your area of responsibility ## Your field of tasks At Pigna, we create living spaces in which people with disabilities live with joy, dignity, and self-determination. In our residential group with direct access to the park, you will accompany twelve adult residents and lead a committed, interdisciplinary team of twelve professionals. Your activities Your daily work is versatile: You lead your team professionally and personally, ensure individual care and accompaniment according to agogic principles, and together with your team, design care and development plans that see the person in their entirety. You plan and coordinate daily life, conduct conversations with relatives, doctors, and authorities, organize services, and lead team meetings in which exchange and development are promoted. You participate actively in the team leadership committee and in overarching processes, thereby contributing your part to the further development of the residential area. About one third of your time you are yourself actively in contact with the residents - because you know that proximity to practice and real encounters are the foundation for quality and team culture. What you bring with you ## You have training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH or Nursing Professional HF/FH and have several years of experience in accompanying people with disabilities or in long-term care. Above all, however, this work makes sense to you and fulfills you with joy. Leadership experience is a prerequisite; even more important to us is your attitude: empathy, humor, openness, and the passion to take responsibility and to motivate and strengthen others. You are resilient, independent, flexible, and enjoy working in a team. You live a convincing, sustainable team culture and have clear procedures to optimize and maintain processes and working methods.
