As part of our growth, we are looking for an IT Technician (M/F) to strengthen our IT team. Your missions 1. Maintenance and management of IT infrastructure: • Ensure daily monitoring of systems to detect and resolve potential problems you encounter; • Manage updates, patches, and user environment configurations. 2. Network management: • Configure, install, and ensure the maintenance of corporate network infrastructures • Ensure network availability and performance. 3. Technical support: • Provide technical support to users by resolving issues related to systems and the network; • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems. 4. IT security: • Contribute to the implementation of security policies to protect data and systems; • Participate in security awareness for users. Profile sought • Training in the field of IT, holding at least a Technicien·ne ES diploma or equivalent; • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; • System administration (Windows server, Linux, and Mac OS environments) • Mastery of virtualization technologies (VMWare and Proxmox VE); • Infrastructure management and mastery of network technologies; • Motivated, rigorous, autonomous, and structured person, with a good team spirit; • Excellent communication and rapid understanding of client needs; • Category B driver's license; • Language: fluent French, good notions of technical English.
