For the Clinic for Cardiac Surgery at the Triemli location, we are looking for a reliable personality starting 01.10.2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You create outpatient, surgical, and insurance reports from dictation and support the Senior Physicians and Attending Physicians in administrative matters. • You coordinate rehabilitation follow-up solutions as well as transports for inpatient patients and obtain guarantees of payment. • You organize and manage the outpatient clinics of the Senior Physicians and Attending Physicians, manage patient administration, and answer telephone and written inquiries from patients, family doctors, insurance companies, relatives, and authorities. • You undertake general secretarial tasks, including mail processing, correspondence dispatch, as well as the processing of insurance inquiries and clarifications of insurance status. • You accompany the intern, undertake additional tasks within the team, and represent colleagues during absences. Profile ## • Commercial basic training or MPA and mandatory further training as a medical secretary with proven professional experience in a similar role • A high degree of resilience and very good prioritization skills as well as strong organizational skills • Enjoyment in dealing with people • Exact, efficient, and responsible way of working with good MS Office skills • Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage We offer ## We offer you more than just a job!
