If you are used to working conscientiously and independently, we are looking for exactly you. Your tasks Assembly & Installation: You install photovoltaic systems and storage batteries. Site Management: You take over the leadership of the assembly team and are responsible for the operational management on site. Safety & Quality: You bear the responsibility for compliance with safety regulations and ensure quality assurance. Coordination: You work closely with the project management and are the competent contact person for customers. Requirement profile: Education: You have a completed manual or technical basic training. Experience: Ideally, you bring professional experience in the field of photovoltaics. Experience as a foreman and/or assembly manager is important for this role. Personality: You are an organizational talent, a team player, and are characterized by high personal responsibility, initiative, and achievement orientation. Mobility: You possess a category B driver's license and are ready for assembly assignments throughout Switzerland. Passion: You are actively interested in renewable energies.
