What you can accomplish: For our Product Care team within the development department of the Process Analytics business unit, we are looking for a committed person, possessing technical skills, a sense of organization and enjoying interdisciplinary collaboration. In this role, you accompany our sensor products throughout their life cycle and ensure that product modifications, extensions and optimizations are implemented in an efficient, sustainable and high-quality manner. You work closely with development, production, quality, purchasing, regulatory affairs and other stakeholders. Your tasks As a Product Care project manager, you assume responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of product modifications and extensions. • Direction and coordination of cross-functional modification and integration projects • Planning and implementation of product modifications, product maintenance and obsolescence projects • Analysis of the scope of modifications as well as assessment of impacts on stocks, production, resources, costs and deadlines • Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and ensuring the smooth running of projects • Carrying out risk analyses and support during deviations in collaboration with quality managers • Ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines • Planning and coordination of product qualifications, verifications and tests • Support during the transfer of modified products to series production • Writing and updating required project documentation What you bring: • Basic technical training with additional training at HF or FH level, preferably in mechanics, electronics or a related field • Broad technical understanding as well as interest in interdisciplinary issues • Experience in project coordination or in a technical environment is an asset • Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented way of working • Great sense of quality and understanding of technical and operational contexts • Communicative personality with assertiveness and team spirit • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Discover more professional opportunities at Hamilton on jobs.hamilton.ch.
