Employee Technical Service 80-100% For the Haus Grünegg in the Region Zürcher Oberland, we are looking for October 1, 2026, or by arrangement a Employee Technical Service 80-100%   Your tasks • Control, monitoring and maintenance of the systems and building technology • Implementation of necessary repairs and renovations to the infrastructure • Various maintenance, cleaning and environmental works • Accompanying and monitoring the work carried out by external companies • Responsibility for waste management • Active support for internal and external events • Drives and accompaniment for our guests • Comprehensive service provider for guests and the team • General administrative tasks Your profile • Specialist in facility management EFZ or comparable, manual training • Good IT skills • Readiness for assignments on the weekend • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in spoken and written form Why Tertianum?
