Desired profile Recognized technical training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation or a title deemed equivalent. Confirmed experience in industrial maintenance, ideally 5 years minimum in an aseptic pharmaceutical environment. Good skills in diagnostics, troubleshooting and intervention on automated production equipment. Analytical capacity, autonomy, rigor and sense of priorities. Team spirit, acute sense of safety, quality and continuous improvement. Quick availability and flexibility to work in 2x8 shifts with on-call service. Main responsibilities Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and site facilities. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical failures: mechanics, electricity, automation and industrial computing. Monitor equipment and industrial utilities: steam, HVAC, air treatment and monitoring. Participate in the commissioning, monitoring and optimization of new production lines. Assist and train production teams in first-level maintenance. Coordinate interventions of external service providers and follow up on work performed. Manage spare parts and contribute to the organization of the warehouse according to 5S principles.
