In this role, you act as a central hub for projects, methods, and stakeholders - and make a real contribution with your experience. With a lot of creative freedom and high visibility, you create direct added value for the organization, projects, and collaboration. Your new tasks • You are the central point of contact for project management topics, coordinate concerns from the network, and promote active exchange of experience (e.g., national and international communities) • You coach and advise project managers as well as Commercial Project Managers in complex project situations and in the definition of the Project-Setup • You accompany demanding project constellations and support strategic and commercial questions including milestone planning • You develop and implement process standards as well as best practices and drive the further development of the integrated management system • You analyze projects based on KPIs and quality criteria, derive improvement measures, and ensure effective reporting • You work on tools, methods, and process optimizations (e.g., PALM, PM@Mobility, NC-Management) and utilize synergies across interfaces • You moderate workshops and training sessions, actively participate in quality committees (e.g., RQMS-Board), and represent the interests of the Rail Infrastructure Project Execution there Your talents and experiences • You have sound and long-standing experience including certification in Project Management (at least IPMA C) in project management, ideally in the (rail) infrastructure sector or plant engineering • Your heart beats for process and quality topics as well as a deep understanding of project management and complex project landscapes • You have a higher education from a technical environment (Bachelor, Master) and combine this with meaningful further training in project management and/or the field of Quality • You work independently, like creative freedom, recognize the need for action early, and drive topics forward proactively • You enjoy the development and implementation of processes as well as continuous improvement • You are communicative, strong in moderation, and move confidently in a broad stakeholder environment You benefit from • an open and flexible work culture at one of the leading companies in the field of mobility in Switzerland • a 40-hour week at a 100% workload • at least 5 weeks of vacation • a workplace at the pulse of rail technology • various employee discounts and further training opportunities • a hybrid working model: balanced work-life balance and more autonomy Our team and location Do you want information about our culture, our values, diversity, and other important topics?
