YOUR TASKS • Responsibility for the functional support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Configuration and maintenance of HR-relevant system settings such as workflows, business rules, and organizational structures • Analysis, processing, and sustainable solution of complex incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support • Support during release changes, testing (UAT/regression tests), and ensuring a stable system landscape • Close cooperation with HR, Payroll, SSC, and IT to implement and optimize HR processes • Participation in HR transformation, standardization, and digitalization projects within the Hirslanden Group • Ensuring data quality, documentation, and compliance with defined governance and system standards <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Several years of experience in the field of HRIS, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central • Sound knowledge of HR administration, HR processes, and employee lifecycle management • Experience in the functional configuration of SAP SuccessFactors EC • Analytical and structured way of working with a high orientation towards solutions and service • Experience in transformation, implementation, or digitalization projects is an advantage • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with HR, Payroll, and IT • Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage <br /> Are you ready to get started in an innovative environment?
