The Child and Adult Protection Authority KESB Dietikon has the task of ensuring the protection of adults and children. As an auditor, you will audit inventories, reports, and invoices of the legal representatives and process complex cases with a focus on inheritance law, finance, property law, and social insurance law. As of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Specialist Auditing KESB 85% ## Your tasks You work independently on specialist tasks in child and adult protection proceedings, including: • Independent auditing of estate inventories, accountability reports, and invoices of legal representatives in child and adult protection • Auditing of transactions requiring consent according to Art. 416 and further property law issues in child and adult protection • Drafting reasoned / unreasoned decision drafts for the authority • Ensuring the assertion of social insurance claims • Processing of issues and applications in the field of asset management according to VBVV • Advisory voice in authority meetings including minute-taking • Participation in the development and further development of standards, information sheets, and aids for the auditing specialist department Your profile • Advanced federal diploma in finance and accounting, auditing, fiduciary, as well as commercial/business administration basic training • Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary, auditing, social insurance, or banking sector, ideally supplemented by experience in child and adult protection or in an official environment • Good knowledge of finance and accounting as well as understanding of asset management and financial contexts • Structured, analytical, and careful way of working with high personal responsibility • Confident in oral and written expression • Very good IT skills (e.g., Excel, MS365) • You encounter people in difficult life situations with respect - and maintain an overview even under pressure • Team player: Appreciative, solution-oriented, and interdisciplinary cooperation with legal representatives, external agencies, and within the KESB We offer • Meaningful activity with social relevance • Modern working conditions with home office option • Collegial environment: A team that supports each other and shares knowledge • Attractive location: Office near the station in Dietikon (good public transport connections) Information Beatrice Fischer, Head of Auditing, Tel. 044 744 14 39, is happy to assist you with further information.
