OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRIC NURSE M/F For one of our client hospital structures, and in order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for: OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRIC NURSE M/F Your profile: Holder of a State-recognized Nursing diploma Experience in psychiatry, mental health or home care, an asset Autonomous, reliable, organized and responsible person. Excellent listening, empathy and communication skills Ease in home interventions and in complex situations. Driver's license indispensable Very good command of French, German may be an added value. Your function: Ensure psychiatric nursing care at home. Accompany patients presenting mental health issues. Evaluate their psychic state and their needs. Implement and ensure the follow-up of individualized care projects. Promote autonomy and maintenance of patients at home. Ensure the monitoring of clinical evolution. Close collaboration with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, relatives and various network stakeholders. Ensure a rigorous transmission of care and interventions.
