Tasks • Preparation of vehicles for sandblasting work • Execution of sandblasting work on various vehicles and vehicle parts • Cleaning and post-processing of the processed surfaces • Execution of technical and safety-relevant work according to specifications • Execution of controls and documentation of the performed work • Recording of relevant reports and work steps in the system • Compliance with applicable quality, safety, and work regulations • Collaboration in the continuous improvement process (KVP) Qualification • Completed manual or technical training • Experience in sandblasting • Experience in an industrial or manual environment • Careful, reliable, and safety-conscious way of working • Good physical resilience • Ability to work in a team and commitment • Readiness to work according to clearly defined specifications and safety standards
