The position is central to the strategic further development of the business unit and the sustainability of our market success. Segment Manager Lighting (m/f/d), 80 - 100% Your contribution to our team In this role, you bear the overall responsibility for strategy, organization and technical management of the Lighting segment. You develop the area in a targeted manner, sharpen the Go-to-Market strategy and ensure the achievement of targets in relation to turnover and margin. You lead the technical specialists in the regions technically as well as the Category Managers disciplinarily and consistently develop competencies, portfolios and solutions. At the same time, you are responsible for forecast, budget and performance management and derive strategic measures based on market, competition and technology analyses. Another focus lies in ensuring high quality and efficiency: You define and manage relevant KPIs, further develop standards and processes and ensure compliance with compliance and regulatory requirements. You take responsibility for complex or critical issues. As a central interface, you also build long-term relationships with key customers, suppliers and partners and represent the Lighting area internally and externally.
