Thoune \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Provide deputy support for the Head of Security of the Army Logistics Center of Thoune in all matters in the event of their absence • Assume responsibility for the entire value chain of complex security projects, from initial risk analysis to final system integration • Lead interdisciplinary projects in the field of physical security (perimeter protection, video surveillance systems, and access control) while taking budget, deadlines, and quality into account • Plan, implement, and provide training for documented awareness measures, including priority programs and campaigns • Advise and support the center management throughout the security objective definition process, and serve as the point of contact and coordination for third-party mandates <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed initial technical or commercial training, supplemented by continuing education as an ES technician or equivalent training; continuing education within a police service and additional training in project management desired • Several years of experience in the security field with in-depth knowledge of building security • Experience in management or leadership is an asset • Flexible and stress-resistant personality, demonstrating patience and empathy • Analytical, conceptual mindset and capable of networked thinking • Willingness to undergo training in the use of force and handling of weapons required <br /> In a few words As a security project manager, you play a central role in the planning and implementation of sophisticated security solutions for the Army Logistics Center of Thoune.
