Responsable Risques Technologiques & Contrôles # Workplace: Zurich Region & teleworking, part-time from 80% possible You want to not only assess IT risks, but also actively contribute to their transparent management and sustainable processing? In this role, you assume a central function for IT Risks & Controls at Swisscard. You continuously coordinate and develop the IT risk management and control framework and ensure its effective anchoring in the company. At the same time, you support management as well as departments with in-depth analyses and practical recommendations. In collaboration with internal and external partners, you contribute to strengthening the resilience and security culture of Swisscard. YOUR TASKS • You accompany IT risks throughout their life cycle and support risk owners in the implementation of appropriate measures. • You maintain an overview of IT risks, controls and measures through independent assessments. • You identify gaps, dependencies and optimization possibilities early on, thereby strengthening the sustainable development of governance. • You analyze relevant threats and developments and evaluate their impacts on the IT risk and control landscape. • You coordinate collaboration with auditors, the parent company as well as internal partners and ensure effective exchange. • You advise projects and departments on IT risk, control and governance issues, providing your clear and solution-oriented perspective. YOUR PROFILE • You have experience in one or more of the following areas: IT risk management, IT governance, information security, internal controls, audit or a comparable environment. • You enjoy collaborating with management, governance committees and various stakeholder groups. • A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a related field constitutes a good basis. Just as important are your experience, your global vision and your motivation to effectively advance topics. • You know how to explain technical subjects clearly and address different audiences distinctly. • You communicate with great ease in German and English, both written and oral, adapting your discourse to your audience.
