At JobSelect, we place both the ambitions of talents and the needs of companies at the heart of our mission, in order to create lasting and successful collaborations.\- Guarantee the compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system as well as the maintenance of certifications and regulatory requirements \- Drive and maintain the company's integrated quality management system \- Ensure the compliance of the QMS with applicable standards and regulatory requirements \- Supervise and support the operational Quality Assurance function and support the dedicated employee \- Guarantee the maintenance of current ISO certifications and drive new certifications \- Ensure regulatory and normative monitoring \- Organize and supervise internal, external, client and certification audits \- Prepare and lead management reviews \- Supervise quality document management and the update of procedures \- Define, monitor and analyze quality indicators and establish reporting for Management \- Support technical teams in equipment qualification \- Higher education in Quality, Engineering (TQ3) \- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function \- Excellent mastery of ISO 9001; ISO 13485 standards (an asset) \- Proven experience in audits and quality system management \- Ability for management and cross-functional coordination \- Mastery of the watchmaking sector (non-negotiable) \- Mastery of watchmaking components Additional information: \- Contract type: Permanent full-time \- Start date: As soon as possible \- Activity rate: 100% \- Location: La Chaux de Fonds, canton of Neuchâtel \- Language: French \- Excellent level jpida69aff5jm jpit0835jm jpiy26jm
